Using a Theory of Change model, we start with our desired outcomes (e.g. decreased malnutrition) and work backwards, tracking the necessary outputs (e.g. number of F.A.I.T.H. Gardens) and inputs (e.g. garden trainings).
By monitoring this causal chain of events, we’re able to see exactly what’s working (so we can replicate it) and what’s not (so we can fix it).

Custom Reporting
The Global Dashboard also enables us to monitor progress for the specific countries we serve in, giving us real-time updates on what’s happening on the ground and in the field.

Our Process
The best way to help an individual is by focusing on the needs of their village as a whole. Our transformation process involves three key phases:
1. Assess
Assess the village’s needs, resources, and vulnerabilities.
2. Implement
Implement a strategy to meet the unique needs of the village.
3. Evaluate
Monitor the progress and impact to ensure long-term success.
